Clip Monitor is an application that can be used to monitor video clips from any source. The application streams clips uploaded in mp4 format at a dynamic bit rate of upto 900 Kbps. This is a classic VOD(Video on Demand) application that uses Apples propriety HTTP Streaming protocol. Clip Monitor is a light weight application with a clean and easy-to-use interface.
